Since its establishment, the firm has been particularly active in antitrust law and later also in general EC law. Gleiss Lutz has had an office in Brussels since 1987. Here we represent the interests of our clients on the spot, particularly in complex proceedings before the EC Commission.

The Gleiss Lutz Brussels team advises on all cases in which EC law plays a role. Antitrust, EC merger control, subsidies, agricultural, anti-dumping, WTO, customs and telecommunications are numbered among our central areas of competence. Representation before the Community courts in Luxembourg is likewise an important part of our work.
